Business Development Manager (West Midlands)

Pay and Benefits:
- A starting salary of £40,000 to £58,000 (depending on experience), along with an annual company bonus scheme
- Monthly car allowance and fuel expenses
- Working Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Key Requirements
- A highly motivated and confident individual with a desire for the business to succeed, who is focused, organised and a self-starter.
- A genuine interest in other people and strong influencing skills, allowing you to build relationships easily.
- Confident decision-maker, able to handle objections and make critical business decisions.
- Excelled existing regulatory, industry and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to build relationships internally with the Sales and Underwriting team and externally with our dealership partners using in-depth conversations through face-to-face appointments based on dealer strategy and business objectives
- Ensuring each dealership has an effective strategy to retain or win further business and supporting them with this strategy to ensure they observe correct standards of market conduct and treat customers fairly
- Complete competitor reconnaissance and feedback market intelligence and dealer feedback into the business to ensure relevance in the market and reflecting on your own performance to understand how you can improve, whilst taking feedback on board from colleagues.
