Due to internal movement within the team, an exciting opportunity has opened up for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join Owen's Sales team! This is your chance to be part of an innovative and growth-focused department where your efforts directly contribute to their success.

What will you be doing?
- Using our current database and prospecting avenues to target new and regressed dealer accounts in line with our sales growth objective.
- Using diversified communications e.g. sales calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email and LinkedIn to sell and maintain contact with dealerships.
- Working closely with all other areas of the business. In particular:
- The Marketing team, who you will work alongside to prospect dealers.
- The Dealer Account Management team who you will regularly pass new accounts to manage.
- The Underwriting teams to feedback on our product.
- Commit to feeding back market intelligence into the business and ensuring we take appropriate action to ensure we remain relevant in our market.
- Endeavour to ensure our dealer partners observe the correct standards of market conduct and treat our mutual customers fairly.
- Prepare monthly performance reviews on your dealers to understand areas of improvement and highlight clear actions for the following month(s).
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both our dealer partners and customers on outbound and inbound communications.

- Can identify and deal with any conflicts positively and objectively.
- Being up to date with market intelligence and utilising this knowledge to better improve service and product offering.
This Opportunity
The working hours for this role are:
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00
To apply for this position you must be located in Nottingham. There is an expectation that you will work in our Nottingham office a minimum of two days a week on a Tuesday and Wednesday, with the team (this is likely to be more frequent during training).
