The customer journey and associated product landscape is split into two: Applications Processing (Business Processing Product Team) and Customer Agreements (Account Management Product Team), and a Product Owner is responsible for each.
We are looking to split the Business Processing side of the customer out into further journeys, so there is a need for a further product owner in this area.

What work will the teams do, and how will they work together?
Product Owners will manage a team responsible for representing the customer, dealer and business users in relation to software change in their area.
Both teams will be in regular contact with each other, led by Jonathan, to ensure that the entire digital experience works harmoniously and it is the Product Owners' responsibly to ensure that this happens.
Work for these teams will come from 2 places:
- Strategic development
- Business change initiatives from their respective user functions
