Dealer Account Management Team
The purpose of this role is:
- To maximise your dealer base to its fullest potential
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any, and all matters specific to your dealer accounts, educating them on our policies and processes
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting dealer relationships
- Overseeing dealer accounts, including negotiation, risk mitigation and overall management to maximise the relationship and ensure good customer outcomes

In this role, you will be doing the following:
- Effectively plan your time to contact your accounts and retain or grow their business with First Response Finance.
- Through appropriate diagnostic conversations, ensure each dealership has an effective strategy for us to retain or win further business.
- Endeavour to ensure our dealer partners observe the correct standards of market conduct and treat our mutual customers fairly.
- Liaise with our Dealer Risk Management Team to ensure that when risk is identified the appropriate action is taken.
- Working closely with all other areas of the business. For example, our peers in Sales who will regularly pass us new accounts to manage.
- Take appropriate action to cease business relationships that cause harm to both First Response Finance and our mutual customers.
- Prepare monthly dealer reports and clearly present your findings to our business partners, discussing areas of improvements that can be made and praising good customer outcomes.
- Continually take time and reflect on your own management and performance, highlighting areas of improvement and taking on board any feedback.
- Commit to feeding back market intelligence and dealer feedback into the business and ensuring we take appropriate action to ensure we remain relevant in our market.
- Strive for improvement and learning opportunities in this discipline.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships. We're looking for someone who is ready for their next challenge.
The working hours for this role are:
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00
To apply for this position you can be located at any of our sites. There is an expectation that you will work in our Nottingham office two days a week on a Tuesday and Wednesday, with the team.
