Broker Account Manager/Dealmaker
Our Sales Department are on the look out for a Broker Account Manager and Deal Maker!
The purpose of this role is to create cohesive working relationships with our broker partners. Alongside the management of these Broker Partnerships, this role also requires you to support the deal making and solicitation team with assisting customers into vehicle

The Role
This role requires an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to communicate via different mediums such as telephone, face to face, IMI web chat and email. You will manage the performance and relationships of a set of brokers alongside their risk and business performance, with an expectation that you will strive for growth and continual improvement in your role and with these business partners.
Some key aspects of the role are…
- Preparing monthly broker reports and clearly present your findings to our business partners, discussing areas of improvements that can be made and praising good customer outcomes.
- Seeking to understand from the broker relationships any hurdles they may have in working with us and vice versa, using this intel to drive forward solutions which are bespoke to the broker and in line with our business core principles.
- Thoroughly understand the performance of any brokers by utilising the measures that they have available to them and take appropriate action where certain trigger points have been met
- To be an integral part of the dealmaking and solicitation team, so whilst owning the brokers is the primary activity, they are fundamental part of this team and will be undertaking duties that fall within this departments remit.
- Any performance indicators should be fedback to the broker in a confident and constructive manner.
- Full autonomy of the broker commissions, the payment of, clawback and any demand which is created from the broker regarding commissions.
- Key point of contact for FRFL, conducting a professional approach and giving an excellent representation of FRFL overall
- Ensure communication with the wider business and key stakeholders is timely in line with any relevant changes and updates

- A confident individual, who can communicate and negotiate effectively with our business partner’s
- You will need to have the ability to take on board feedback, with a view to implementing this where applicable and for the greater good of the relationships being managed/the customer
- Can identify and deal with any conflicts positively and objectively
- Good at prioritising different tasks, as due to the nature of this role there will be various tasks to be managed from both sides of the job title.
- High motivation and commitment to developing yourself as an individual
- Exceptional follow up to endeavour that behavioural change is achieved
- An excellent eye for detail when looking at data
- An openness and adaptiveness to change
