Dealer Risk Co-ordinator
To have overall responsibility and ownership of the Dealer Monitoring Programme

The Role
The Dealer Risk Co-ordinator role is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied and diverse role. This is a relatively new role within the business; however it is one that is growing week on week, taking on more and more responsibilities as we identify areas that need focus.
- The successful applicant will have ultimate autonomy to direct the role, drive change and develop all the mechanisms within it. You will own the ‘Dealer Monitoring Program’ and everything that comes under that umbrella.
- Triggers that you will be expected to manage are ‘Arrears’, ‘Satisfactory Quality’ and ‘Data Integrity’. As part of management
of these you will also be expected to develop and improve them, two are new to the business and evolving rapidly.
- A large part of your day-to-day activity will be completing ‘deep dive’ investigations into dealers who have hit one or more of our triggers. You will be expected to use various sources of information to achieve this from data on Evolve, call listening and conversations with the wider business. You may even choose to visit or call dealers to talk them through your findings and find a solution to problems together.
- Another exciting part of this role is the involvement with compliance and the implementation of new checks to make sure we are meeting all requirements that are about to come into play under the new Consumer Duty Legislation due out later this year.

So what are we looking for in you?
- You must have a great attention to detail as you will be expected to check and cross reference many documents at a time.
- You will be expected to build reports based on data which must be accurate.
- Effective and clear communication skills are a must. A key part of this role is presenting your findings to individuals but also large team. You will be interacting with Compliance, Sales, The Team Leader Group and Senior Management. So, getting your point across clearly and accurately is important.
- Along with presenting your findings you must be able to make impartial and unbiased decision based on the information you have found. Whilst also being able to adapt how you influence, challenge, and stand your ground depending on your audience.
- Multi-tasking and task changing is common within this role you should be able to prioritize depending on deadlines and remain very organised.
- Managing your own time well and being proactive is an integral part of the role as a lot of your time will be spent on your own.
There is a lot of scope with this role, a natural problem solver who is looking to continually develop themselves and the processes they are involved with will do very well in this role.
