Customer Experience Advisor
Due to internal movement within the team, we're excited to offer a new opportunity for an active listener and effective communicator to join the Customer Experience team in Nottingham as a Customer Experience Advisor!

What will you be doing?
- You’ll be handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers who need support with issues related to their vehicles
- Liaising with customers and dealers when a vehicle issue arises to help support a resolution for the customer
- Informing customers of what assistance can be offered following a vehicle issue, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Logging complaints and gathering all relevant information including timeline of events and setting expectations with both customers and dealers
- Handling written formal complaints and assessing the information provided
- Helping dealers with any enquiries they may have
- Providing updates to customers and dealerships on the progress of their complaint
- Ensuring all notes and information is up to date on the system and the correct correspondence is being sent to all parties

What skills are we looking for in you?
- An active listener and effective communicator via all means presented to you.
- Can identify and deal with any conflicts positively and objectively.
- A willingness to help our customers no matter how they’re feeling by being patient, listening carefully, and being level-headed.
- A team player who is also able to help and support your colleagues’ cases as and when required
- Good attention to detail, in order to ensure all the information collated is accurate

This Opportunity
The working hours for this role are:
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
To apply for this position you must be located in Nottingham. There is an expectation that you will work in our Nottingham office a minimum of three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu), with the team, likely to be more frequent during training.
