# Internal Account Manager

We have seen considerable growth as an organisation and are anticipating this to continue, so we are looking to grow our Sales team.

**Pay** :

- A starting salary of  **£27,955** with increases at 6, 12, 24 and 36 months of tenure

- An annual company bonus scheme, including a Christmas and profit share bonus in April.

**Role Responsibilities:**

- You'll be responsible for managing and growing a territory in the UK. As well as managing your longstanding dealer partners, you will be responsible for prospecting new accounts to onboard with us. 

- A great communicator with our dealer partners and other internal teams, to build quality relationships with them and sell First Response to our Dealers.

- Using two-way feedback to gather market information and sharing with the business, whilst also understanding how to support a dealership and educating them on regulations, processes and products where applicable.

**Role Requirements:**

- A genuine team player working collaboratively with your colleagues and dealer partners, bringing a customer driven approach.

- You will be proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of your own learning and development to build strong knowledge of First Response Finance. You’ll see the bigger picture and make a positive difference for our dealers and customers.

- Someone who is resilient, building strong relationships with dealer partners and a variety of personality types, dealing with any conflict positively and objectively.

**Working Hours and Benefits:**

- Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.30 with one Saturday per month 10.00 - 16.00
