Sales Support

This team is responsible for thoroughly checking all information provided to us as part of an application, this helps our underwriters move to the next stage as quickly as possible. This role can involve working alongside our Underwriters to check all inbound documents, as well as building and maintaining relationships with our dealers and customers, to ensure they are always kept up to date.

Exceptional attention to detail is key in ensuring that First Response are lending responsibly and treating customers fairly. Time keeping, attention to detail and ability to piece together information from different evidence and match this to what we know are vital skills in this role.
