Our R&D Team as tasked with different projects throughout the year to help and support our operations teams to innovate and create new processes and products. The main aim is to ensure that our customer journey is ever evolving and that we are learning from and implementing customer insight and feedback. 

It is important in this role to challenge processes, think outside the box, understand and analyse data. You will also need to be pretty handy at writing reports and communicating the outcomes of the projects as this is pivotal to the success of this team.
