Our Renewals Underwriters deal specifically with our loyal returning customers. The department looks to help customers who are looking to upgrade/ replace their vehicle having already had a finance agreement with us. This role requires you to ask good questions and actively listen, to assess the customers needs and affordability. You will use your strong decision making skills to make good lending decisions and ensure the best outcome for both our customers and us.  

To support our customers further,  this department also looks after any Personal Loan applications that our customers make.
