Decision making, active listening and communication skills are key… essentially, our Underwriters are responsible for making good lending decisions, understanding both the wants and needs of our customers as well as the risk associated to First Response. It is vital they have good attention to detail to ensure that we are making the right decisions based on our customers ability to pay and sustain their agreement.
