Our Account Management Department are responsible for the day to day running of all of our customers finance agreements! They pretty much deal with anything, from payment issues, to customer service queries and sometimes have to help customers in more serious financial difficulty. 

No two days are the same and each day comes with alot of variety. Some conversations might be a little difficult, so this role needs people who can show a good level of listening and understanding, along with being assertive when the time is right.
